Day one done! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

Got up, did the gym, slow but sure. I was definatly feeling not doing anything for a few weeks. I got on the treadmill and did the walk/run program for a total of 1.07 miles in 21 minutes. Also did my stretches and ab moves too.
So far so good on foods today - tonight will be the kicker with New Years' Eve and all. Wish me luck and a Happy New's Wish to you!

Thought I would be the first to post for your new year! Last nights food was good and went down just fine! :) So, happy new year and am committing to get rid of the rest of the weight in 08. Are you in? Not sure I want to take a pic of myself in a swimsuit but am thinking about it!
