Are you sure that the "butt and gut" machine isn't some sort of midevil torture device?! JK. The health club I went to while my son was on their swim team had something pretty close to it...never got the cahones to embarass myself trying it as I have NO abdominal strength whatsoever. So I salute you, girl! You're on your way to a cute little flat tummy :0>
