If you aren't a scrapper you probably have not heard of this gal, but in the scrapping world she is HUGE (in a good way!) and I love her blog, she is silly, crazy, and just plain honest. Love that. So, her blog entry today "Diets SUCK" just really hit me-

Basically, I think I need to follow my own advice and that is this: you can't fix yesterday, you have to face today with renewed hope and energy and faith and if waste your time dwelling on the past instead of making the future brighter, well, that sucks.
