My sweetest friend, Dolly, posted this in a message
today and I loved it, immediatly printed it up and put
it on our fridge! I think it is a good one, not sure if
it originated from Weight Watchers or not so I can't
give credit other than to her for sharing it but it
is a GREAT quote.
