OK so I have not been able to give a great recap of our 4th of July but I did want to share this amazingly yummy-o photo of our "IRON CHEF COOKOFF" from the Holiday! My dear honey and his sister had the challenge of creating 3 dishes each with the secret ingredient : PINEAPPLE!
