Had a good workout today!
Went to the gym and did a great
round of strength training and
ab excersizes... got in a bit of
time on the treadmill with inclines,
short run and good walking paces.
Even snuck in the sauna to relax for
a few minutes.
Then I came home and went out for a
55 min run/walk too! 3.5 miles and it
felt great!
What a way to start the week egh?
