January is Over!

Well, that month just flew right by, didn't it?! On to February, the month of mass birthdays for our family! LOL

Today has been good so far - I got to the gym, had a good workout, including weights- which I really dislike- and somehow managed to overextend my left knee (the one I am always having trouble with) and am convinced that if I did not have the flabby grammy arms from he## I would never touch a set of weight equipment again! Evil evil machines I say! I was doing the leg press and did the "no no" and locked my knees when I came out and bam! my knee just did it! I have freaky knees anyway that sort of hyperextend on their own?? There is a technical term for it,(hypermobility) but anyway, it bent too far the wrong way sooooo now I'll have to be extra careful for a few days! So besides that, I had a good workout and am feeling really really great right now!

OH! I keep forgetting to share my new glasses with everyone! They are oh so cool! ED picked them out, totally funky looking and fun, they are "J-Lo" and pretty dang cool if you ask me. Now, the photo, well, my hair was having a *moment* and besides looking like a rooster, well, I apologize. LOLOL!

Also, this new cream I got for my nasty gross scar on my neck, well, I am not so sure how much I am loving it. When it starts to dry up (it is supposed to form a "seal" over the scar) is gets all white and ick.... don't know how much I love that. I'll give it a few days though and see.

Today. Watching the baby who seems to be feeling a bit better. Taking Tiff to the dentist for fillings/sealants. Doing some planning for my excersize routine. Hope to finish up the laundry and possibly do some damage on the house itself. LOL Should be busy all day it looks like.

OK off I go - have a great day and remember to do something healthy for yourself!
Darla :O)

one more thing.... this great quote, I loved it! came off a Dove chocolate wrapper!

THERE IS A TIME FOR COMPROMISE ... IT IS CALLED "LATER" :O)

Almost 2O Weeks 5 Months...

Well, I apologize, I have not been real good lately about posting updates on my thyroid situation but since I got *great* news last night I suddenly remembered to post photos too!
So, yesterday I got notice in the mail from my Dr office that my thyroid horomones are FINALLY in check! Not only that, but they are downright almost perfect for a person with no thyroid at all! :O) They are evened out perfectly within my ranges and I am so happy! I have been feeling a million times better the past few weeks and now I know why! :O) Only took what, 5 months or so? Guess I am lucky though as it takes some people a year or more to get on track!
Plus, on top of this good news, I also have another happy dance too - I finally found a skin treatment for my scar that is covered under our insurance account and I really hope it helps! So far I think that the scar is healing up really well, but of course, it is still quite red and sometimes puffy and very very noticable still... so that is why I am glad to find this medication. Hope it helps!
So, with that, here is my most recent photo along with a couple of older ones to show comparison. Again, I think it looks pretty good, but it has been only 5 months so I am sure with in a year it will be beautiful! (I HOPE!) OK so the small one without a date was back in Sept just a few weeks after surgery, then there is one in Nov (with the date) and then the larger one is just from today. What do you think? I see a huge difference, of course I get to look at the ugly friggin' thing everyday too. Anyway, hope the new medication works and it starts to fade and smooth out more soon.
Guess I better go get busy - dishes won't wash themselves, well, they WILL techincally in the new dishwasher but they won't LOAD themselves - how's that? LOLOL!

Cruisin' and groovin' and movin' baby!

Well, that was awesome! I got up and went to the gym this a.m. and had a really really good run/walk! I am slowly but surely increasing my times and distances and I am feeling so awesome! Today I made it the whole 30 minutes (whew!) and got further than ever with several cycles of the 3 min running! So cool!

In other news, no baby again today. *sigh* Poor Mamma Carla and Baby Noah have had it rough lately. He has been so sick and yesterday was just miserable for everyone so I guess he was up almost all night and she is wiped out so they are sleeping in this morning. I feel so bad the poor lil' bugger is so sick :O( but I think she is right in that they both need some good rest or she is going to be getting sick too.

So, with no baby today, I can get some serious housework done and some other things I have been putting off. Plus we have a dentist appt this a.m. and a PT appt this afternoon which I "might" cancel... maybe.

Kids are all doing good. Tiff is over her nasty part of the strep throat *thank goodness* and catching up on schoolwork - Chris is just working hard at school and his after-school job - Dani busy busy with social life, oh, and school... LOL and lil' Micheal man is just Micheal - always wanting to go play with friends and his cars and trucks and things. We are so blessed to have such great kids - and healthy ones too!!

Our brother in law (bil) Art is doing pretty good, I guess they went in yesterday and put in a larger PIC (sp?) line for his dialasis but otherwise he is improving daily. The kidneys are still not doing what they are supposed to but in comparison to the other stuff we've seen/been through that is totally managable! Still, lots of prayers for Odessa, Josh and Kennedy as they help Art through this.

OK off and running (LITERALLY!) for a great day! Be good to yourself today and try to do something HEALTHY! :O)

Wish me luck this week - I am going to really push hard for that 3 minute cycle on the running! I hope I can do it!!!

Happy Monday Peoples!

Great Monday morning with another kick butt workout - not what I was hoping for but a good one nonetheless!
I was going for the 3 min runs this week and wanted to be up to 2 miles... I did do the 2 miles but the 3 min running kicked my butt. I did one 3 min cycle and then a bunch of 2 min ones...and one little 1 minute one just because I felt like a big fat slacker! :O( I did push on to the 2 miles though even if I did have to walk most of it! I will keep working this week to get up to the 3 min cycles through the whole deal!!
I'll try to get on later today, have some photos to share and so on.....

OH ... and some GOOD NEWS on our Brother In Law Art!!
Got this email this morning...

Dear Family and Friends,

Art is doing much better and is off the respirator for three days now. He is gaining some strength back but is still having a difficult time with his dialysis. He has been getting very high fevers, the shakes and is extremely cold during the three hours that it takes. He has regained his speech for the most part and is talking up a storm. He is missing his family and friends. He told me today that he never knew how much he wanted to live until now. He is determined to get well so he can come home. The kids and I are trudging along going to school and spending every spare moment we can with Art. We miss him terribly and want so much for him to come home soon. He wants me to say thank you to all of you and can’t wait until he is in a regular room again so you all can call and talk to him. We love you all and thank you so much for your love and help that you have given to us we are blessed to have such wonderful people in our lives.

God Bless you all.

Love, Odessa

SEVEN!

Uh yea, make that SEVEN POUNDS gone folks.... I am cruisin'! So happy, so excited, so very fulfilled for all my hard work last week and SO ready to do it again this week! I am doubtful I'll see another 7 lbs gone in one week again but hey, at least what I am doing is working - right?!
Took today off from the gym as I did 7 straight last week - but really excited to get going in the morning again! Ready to up my run/walk program to the next step and pushing hard this week to get myself to 2 miles! Wish me luck!
Had a great day - went to Poky for a Church thing and then a luncheon - had a great visit with family friends and it was nice. The rest of the day has been pretty relaxing and tonight is make-your-own pizzas... I think I'll have a small piece and some salad and I should be good! :O)
OK off I go - have a great night and hope your week coming up is a good one!

Busy busy Saturday!

It has been a crazy day here! I was out late lastnight scrappin' with my buddy Robin and didn't get to bed till' almost 2:00a.m. and then was up bright n' early this a.m. and went to watch a swim meet (was so fun!) and then to the gym and then home to clean house, then to clean my sisters' house and tonight I have to run a few errands for my sister too... good thing I took a long hot bath this afternoon! Ahhh calgon...right?LOL
The swim meet was really cool, both my friends daughter swam as well as my nephew and so it was awesome to see the different kids, ages, so on and how they do - I really enjoyed watching them!
My workout at the gym was a poop! I didn't get a good stretch in beforehand and then got on to do my run/walk program with the goal of getting up to 2 full miles but my legs were cramping SO BAD I could hardly keep going - I just pushed myself as hard as I could and finally gave in at my previous spot of 30 min and 1.51 miles. Stinky! But I really cannot complain because my body is obviously LOVING all this and I am losing wieght hand over fist right now - yesterday I was down 2 lbs and then today 5...and this afternoon about 6 ! I am amazed, but not suprized as I have worked super hard this week!!
Well, off to run Dani to a friends, do some errands for my sister and then cook some dinner!
Have a good one!

Friday!

Well, today is sort of a jumble, but I am sure we'll live. In the good news, I am actually DOWN on my weight almost 2 lbs HIP HIP HOORAY! I got a quick workout at the gym and feel really good. Very very happy about all that.
On the down side, dd Tiffany is sick - really sick. I was going to take her to the Dr in the middle of the night but she was so out of it I couldn't get her up so I gave her some meds and let her rest more - we are going to the Dr this a.m. instead. It is one of two things, I personally think she has strep throat, just has the symptoms of it... but also she had a shot on Wed for HepA and so it could possible be a reaction to that but I don't think so. Guess that is why I am going to the Dr? LOL I almsot took her in the middle of the night - but she was so delirious I couldn't get her moving - hopefully we'll get some good news. Poor lil' bug! :O(\
So, I don't know if I put this photo up before or not, but it is one of the latest of our lil' guy I babysit, Noah. He is getting to be so much fun now! He is crawling and into everything, he loves our doggies, he loves to play pat-a-cake and he is just so so silly fun. We love him to bits!!
OK off to get ready to see the DR!

some of my small goals

OK, so someone asked me today what it is that keeps me driven, and I could not really give a straight forward answer because it is so many different things - but in talking I did share that I do lots of little steps, baby steps, little goals and things that are attainable and not so far out in the future that I can't get a grip on them for now - so here are a few baby goals I have right now just to give you an idea. Of course, there are long term, big goals but I can't get there without the little steps ..... here goes:

- get the run/walk program up to 2 miles a day
- getting my weight back down to pre-surgery (about 15 lbs)
- drinking my water everyday faithfully (some days are hard)
- getting back up to 30 min workouts on the ellyptical trainer
- getting my "skinny" (or smallest) jeans back on comfortably
- wearing a couple of the shirts I could wear last summer without looking like a stuffed sausage

and again, those are just a few but they keep me going and when I meet those I will make a new set of mini's to keep me on track for my ultimate goals. :O) Hope that helps!

Darla

WHEW! That was crazy!

I ran on the treadmill at home yesterday and although it is a decent treadmill it is not nearly the quality of the ones at the gym - AT ALL. So, I forged on anyway and got a killer workout and although the NUMBERS (always the numbers with me) didn't show it. I was really flustered so today I had to get to the gym on a "real" treadmill and got a killer run in! I did 30 minutes run/walk and got my furthest at 1.56 miles and I FEEL SO GOOD!!!!! I am still barely down 1 lb but with other underlying factors I can just deal with that and be happy. I know that if I get a grip on my foods I will see this melt off - just need to get to that step. :O) Right now I am back to baby steps, small, attainable goals, and meeting them slow but sure and feeling good about that. Of course I have long term goals in teh back of my mind but I try to keep them there so I can keep going. :O)

More photos later.

Good and Bad

Always have to start with the bad so I can end with the good and stay positive - ok?
(Picture is of Ed with his lil' sis Odessa from last summer... love the photo!)

Bad - Brother in law is still not showing improvement and sis in law is stressing to the max as well as father in law and my neice and nephew sooooooo Dearest dear hubby Ed is headed back to Boise in the morning to go try to help out where he can. He can be gone up till' Sunday afternoon and so hopefully that will take some stress off his baby sisters' shoulders for a bit. Continued prayers for them, they so need it!

More Bad - wayyyyyyy mild in comparison to the above but I AM SO MAD AND SAD about the Biggest Loser tonight! TOTALLY SUCKS! I won't add anymore in case someone has not watched it yet but I AM TICKED OFF!

OK now to the good. :O)
We like GOOD at this house!
I did really good with foods today, not that I could not have done *better* but I did pretty well and feel really awesome about it. I am also super proud of myself for getting back to the gym and being strong and diligent in that even though the scales are not reflecting a dang thing! (dang scales!) At least I am building up my endurance and strength again and feeling so much better physically. I think I am back! OK there is no thinkin' about it I AM BACK! yeahhhhh! I just have to get a hold of the food issue and I'll be all good and gettin' skinny again soon and then Ed will have to go buy me skinny girl jeans and a new sexy black dress! :O)

Loves!

BRRRR baby it is cold out! But what a Good Day.

It was, after all, a pretty good day - *for a monday*. :O) I feel good about getting back to the gym on a regular routine but am still struggling with foods and had a rough bout today where I drowned myself in chocolate - dont' know why that crap makes you feel better emotionally but drains you physically? UGH!
Anyway, it was a good day - I hit one WEE tiny goal today and that has me motivated enough to try to be extra good tommorrow. I can do it! I know I can!

In other news, bil is doing about the same.... still in ICU on resp but his kidneys are flowing clear and looking good that way. It is now sort of a waiting game on his kidneys to start doing the filtering and getting off dialasis and resp and all that. Continued prayers for Dessie, Art and the kids. Love you guys!

Another busy week for us, Dr, Dentist and so forth appts... also helping my sis with housework too, on top of babysitting and my own things at home, (ahhh yes, the laundry monster is rearin' it's UGLY head again) and then of course the fact that we are in a freaking cold front and school may be canceled tommorrow... gonna be a crazy week for sure. Supposed to get down to -12 degrees tonight! BRRRRR! That is WITHOUT the windchill factor too - so then we are lookin' at possible negative 20's or more! Yikes!

So, off to bed for me, I'll be up early again with the baby, gym and watching the school closure reports all at the wee wee hours of the mornin'!
Darla

(ps - old photo from Thanksgiving weekend up in Island Park but it was COLD!)

Mornin'!

So far so good. Monday mornings can bring out the worst, that is for sure.... but today is going great so far and I am hoping that is an indicator of the whole week to come!!!
Got up and to the gym - had a good workout - I ran yesterday so today I did weights and ellyptical - I am building back up to my 30 min routine on the ellyptical machine and it is kicking my butt big time! I feel great though and think I am definatly back on routine from last summmer thank the Lord!
Going to put up some photos on here later today and do more updating for you all.
In the mean time, have a GREAT day! Be good to yourself, and make healthy choices each one of you please! Life is too short to live in a body that hates you! :O)

Life got "hectic" this weekend.

Overall, I despise "DARLA" off of "Finding Nemo" from Disney, but today, this is just how I feel! LOL :O)

I have so much info to share and post and even some new photos too - but I am really wiped out tired and it will, for the most part, just have to wait. Here are a few key points though if you are interested.

- spent Fri and Sat in Boise as Ed's sisters hubby is very ill
it was quite the roller coaster ride emotionally - things are
finally looking up though. (lots of prayers for Odessa and Art)

- got my new glasses today THEY ARE SO STINKIN' COOL! will share
photos on that tommorrow after I actually get a shower and do
something with my hair?! hmmmm what a thought!

- I went to the gym again today, missed Fri/Sat for obvious reasons
but I did a GREAT run/walk and got my best "time" ever! feels good!

- have a ton of "little" things to do this week, going to get me all
wired up and tense bc little things build to big things and that makes
me nutty

- found the YUMMIEST dessert at Sam's Club today, basically a giant
chocolate mud pie of sorts and ohhhhhhhh so yummmmmmmy!

OK over and out till' later!
HUGS

What exactly IS going on with this Zebra? Please, do tell....

(well, truth be known, he is the print on the fabric of the playpen I use for the baby I watch - the extra "parts" are the words printed in the background "elephant" which then makes me really worry. YIKES!

what do you say?

http://www.sisterskinny.com/
I love this blog. These gals are so real and so funny and I just love to go read and read what they say. Well, today they had this new post on there and I just had to share it here. So, going along with the game I will pose the question to you my family and friends :

I could not lose weight without ______________________?

So anxious to see your answers! I will wait and share mine tommorrow morning OK?!

Darla

I am on a roll kids!

Got up - day three in a row - no qualms - no excuses - actually WANTED to get up and going (just like I did last summer!!!! YEAHHHHH!!!!) and I am feeling GREAT! I think I might be finally getting back to where I want to be, to get back off those lbs gained since my stupid thyroid surgery in Sept and finally finally feeling good again. I am so pumped it is insane!
OK so, not that anyone but me really cares, but it is good to write it out bc then I can toot my own horn LOL But this morning I did a 25 min walk/run for the Couch to 5K training that I keep trying to do. I am on week 2 now and even did an extra "segment" of the running today and **THIS IS BIG** I was running up to 4.0 mph! I usually can't beat 3.7 but today I pushed it and somehow it was freaking EASIER TO RUN FASTER?? I sure don't get that but it sure felt good! I also did an awesome 20 min ellyptical workout that had me so out of breath - holy cow! I drank 5 servings of water while at the gym and think I sweated off 10 servings! LOL!!!! I may get into that "little black dress" sooner than later! WHEEE!
So, busy day, babysitting, 2 more kids to the dentist, ladies from Church coming to visit this a.m. and still need to tidy up, get a shower and all that. Guess sitting HERE won't help.... just feeling really excited about my excersize this morning. Now if I can stay on track with my foods I'll be estatic next time I write!
HAVE A GREAT DAY!

Darla

**EDITED**
Way to go to Cindy and Lisa who are running with me! Way to GO ladies!!!!! You both just rock and help me SO much! Now when is that darn Boston marathon again??

well, i did a great post with new photos and the whole deal and even some blithering whining about my choice to kick butt at the gym and then make bad food choices for today but cybermonsters ate it - is that a sign?

so - more tommorrow.

For Pappa...

Talked to Pappa on the phone tonight...he has been watching for Bday photos of little Micheal-man and his Bday! Well, here we go! The small photos are from his actual Birthday last week - we got a mini cake and sang to him and then the big ones are from his Party this past Saturday... he had a blast! As you can see in both, he LOVES the chocolate cake and he was SO surprized and excited to have his own personal video game system (just like the one Tiff got for Christmas too!). I think he had a pretty good Bday this year! Seven... yes, he really IS seven already Pappa!

((((((((BIGGEST HUGS)))))))))From all of us in Idaho Falls to all of you in Boise!!

Happy Monday Everyone!

Going to be a GREAT week - I just know it! I have lots of stuff on agenda today and I don't have the baby (his momma is sick) and so I think today will be the kickoff of a great week.
Went to the gym this a.m. and had a good workout - going to give this running program yet another try - back to week 1 *again* but that is ok because at least I am doing it!
Going to get some house stuff done today - got the house really clean on Sat so just stuff to keep it up - love it when there isn't ooodles to do!! Still have laundry to catch up on though! Neverending monster rears it's dreary head too often! LOL
Hope to sneak off to the new lss (local scrap book store) to pick up my Gift Cert I won - SOOOO SWEEET!
Hey, if I am lucky maybe I'll even get to scrap a bit today? WOW!

I am downloading new photos as we speak , er, as I type?? so I'll have some things to share soon!

Have a GREAT WEEK!!!!!!

Another Sunday.

Just a quick one here, been a busy day. Had lots going on at Church and then another Church meeting again later tonight. Crazy stuff.

Getting back to the gym this week no matter what. Kicking myself in the butt for not going even once last week. :O( But thankfully my weight has held as is and I am no worse off for slacking off for a week. Going to try some new food things too - sort of a variation of the WW Core Foods plan - I think I can do it - ok ok - I KNOW I can do it - I just have to make myself.

Had Micheal's Bday party last night. Lots of people, lots of chaos but good times. Kids were cute, adults were funny, everyone had fun I am pretty sure. It was great. Can't believe my baby is 7 years old!!!!

OK off I go, not a lot to do, but need to get a few things done.
Later!

A few things

I need to get off my butt and go to the gym. I HAVE TO but I have no umpfh! to do it right now.

I need to gut several areas of my home (closets and the like) but have no energy for that either. UGH!

I have a slew of Dr, DDS and Eye appts over the next week or so, wish us all luck!

I am in LOVE with Wheat Things Sundried Tomato and Basil crackers. OMGosh they are to die for.

Biggest Loser is crazy awesome this season and I am already dying in anticipation of the next episode!

Feeling a MAJOR scrappy urge-nudge-push-desire.... think I need to follow up on that.

AND Biggest HUGS to my bestest friend who is having a really sucky day today. Love ya!

Boring.

Sorry, no new photos. My printer says it is not communicating with my computer so I guess as long as they aren't on speaking terms we get no new photos here. Sorry. LOL

In other news: HAPPY BIRTHDAY MICHEAL MY BOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Today is Micheal's 7th Bday and he is having a good one - lots of little treats from family and friends and then a small party on Saturday coming up. He is growing up WAY too fast!

Not doing well on the weightloss and dieting. Don't know which is worse, foods or fitness. Have not been to the gym so far this week and I am eating like a cow. Have got to get this figured out - SOON.

Busy week, lots of activities for the kids, dentist appts, eye dr appts and so forth. No rest for the weary they say?

OK that is about it for me.

Busy busy busy !

Life is crazy right now..... thought things would slow down after we made it through the Holidays but I am still going 101 mph and feel like things are in a tailspin!
Had a GREAT weekend! Got to go on a little road trip "girls time" on Friday and Saturday. My bf Lisa had to go to Twin Falls for her daughters Gymnastics meet and so my youngest, Micheal, and I tagged along. We stayed at my sister Carlee's house and had a great visit! We left Fri afternoon and drove through some NASTY windy weather but got there safe and sound Fri evening. We helped Carlee with some megga shopping for her work Christmas party (yes, I know, Christmas is over, she works retail so they do it "after" Christmas). That night after run run running all over we got to Carlee's and had some dinner and visited, Lisa, Carlee and I had a great time and the kids went to bed w/out a hitch fairly early and Lisa followed soon after. (They had to be up early!) Carlee and I stayed up till' well after 3:00 a.m. working on packaging and numbering her gifts for the party!!!! It was a bit of delierium and a lot of fun! I finally fell asleep about 4:00 a.m. and then got up with Lisa and her daughter at 6:30 a.m! Carlee and I tried to go back to sleep but we were both wired for sound so we stayed up and got going! We spent the majority of Sat with lil' Micheal running all over Twin Falls gettting all the final gifts bought and put together. That afternoon Lisa picked Micheal and I up and we headed back to Idaho Falls. It was a short trip but tons of fun! OH and Lisa's daugher did GREAT at her competition! She got a trophey, a medal and several ribbons! WHOOWHO!

Sunday brought New Years changes! New Church time anyway... last year we went from 9a.m to noon and now we have the 11 a.m. to 2 pm slot. Nice to sleep in (but we were still late) but boy does the afternoon seep away from you when you get out that late! After Church we had lunch and then went and did a bit of Bday shopping for Micheal who will be SEVEN YEARS OLD TOMMORROW!!! We did pizza for dinner and I think everyone pretty much fell into bed!

Today is much of the same ol' same ol' for me. The baby is here, have a heapload of dishes to do and laundry too - vaccume, dust, sweep, all that fun stuff. Guess I better get busy!?

Have a great one!

LOVE this music!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BYGCT4AQIR0

"Paralyzer" by Finger 11

If you have not heard this song, you are missing out. For whatever reason it totally pumps me up, get's my blood pumpin' and I just want to jump around and dance and sing! GREAT SONG! Video is ok-so-so but the song, IT ROCKS!

Go check it out - seriously!

NO Gym today...... so far.

Well, late start today, baby was late so I didn't get to go to the gym to workout, bummed about that. However, been making good food choices and feeling great as that is one of my hugest hurdles. Maybe this afternoon or evening I can get to the gym for a bit - I am going to try anyway. I could always hop on the treadmill here at home too, but it is so much harder on my feet and legs. Stinky poo.
So, I was thinking (amazing egh?) and I dont' know if I should be pushing myself to run as much as I am. Thing is, I really LIKE running and the 5K training program is pretty easy going on you and all. Little steps really. BUT I am still pretty high on my weight and I know that running is like 2.5x your body weight coming down on your joints on every step. Scary. On the other hand, it is not hurting my joints, it is just more like sore muscles and I have had cramps in my foot. I don't know. So, as I said, I was thinking - and wondering if I should change up my focus from the running to more on the ellyptical for a while? I love that machine - it works my butt and legs and tummy and even my back. I burn more calories on there than any other excersize I do. I know how to do a gradual build up on there and it is something I can see myself doing for 30-45 min at a time several times a week. So, I am thinking of making that my main focus, at least for this month, and see how I do. I will keep with some walking and a bit of running, and the usual abs and stretches and weights and bike and stuff but really push on the ellyptical for now.
OK so, to add to the above, I am actually up a few ounces so far this week - ick! I will keep going though!
Today is lots of housework and laundry. Off I go......

Wed Wed Wed... back to school!

Super quick and late post here - kids were back to school from Chrismtas break today and I got the house somewhat back in order - at least all the Holiday decor' is down.

Went to the gym this a.m. and got in a 1/2 mile walk and 20 min on the ellyptical machine - thinking of changing up my focus for a while - more on that later.

GREAT food choices all day except for one slip up with the drive thru at Starbucks and a much needed cup of hot mint mocha... ahhh. Otherwise very happy with myself!

I will be on more tommorrow - lots to "discuss" with everyone.

Until then - me
